The Orioles are promoting right-hander Cameron Weston to the active roster, per beat reporter Roch Kubatko. Trey Gibson is being optioned to Triple-A Norfolk to make room. Weston, 25, was Baltimore's 2022 eighth-round pick and has posted a 3.09 ERA across 163.1 innings climbing from Single-A to Double-A. He features a low-90s sinker paired with a slider, cutter, changeup, and splitter.
