A Pro subscription unlocks every entry on tonight's slate, the morning recap, and the full searchable pick log. Free readers see the lede entries on /today and the public proof surfaces. Pro can bill monthly ($29/month) or through the founding annual plan ($199/year) when that plan is available. API Beta is a separate $99/month per-sport add-on for active Pro subscribers. Subscriptions bill through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We refund any subscription charge within seven days of purchase, for any reason, no questions asked. Email [email protected] and the refund will process to the original payment method within five business days. After the seven-day window, charges are non-refundable but you can still cancel future billing at any time.

Posterior is published commentary. The entries on the site are model probabilities and EV estimates — they are not betting advice, financial advice, tax advice, or guarantees of outcome. Delayed resolved rows are published on /data so you can inspect the record yourself, but no past calibration guarantees any future result. You are responsible for your own decisions about whether to act on any entry. Do not bet money you cannot afford to lose.

Posterior holds no affiliation with any sportsbook, exchange, or licensed betting operator. We do not accept funds for the purpose of placing wagers and do not place wagers on a subscriber's behalf. Subscription revenue is the only revenue. There are no affiliate links, no white-labeled comparisons, no paid placements.

The model code, the editorial design, the written commentary, and the published datasets remain the property of ekkOS Technologies Inc., except where a dataset is explicitly released under an open license. The public model ledger at /data is licensed CC BY 4.0 for delayed resolved rows only — you may reuse those rows with attribution. Live rows, pending rows, book-level movement, full signal attribution, subscriber exports, and API exports are governed by these terms and may not be resold, scraped, mirrored, or republished in bulk without written permission. Everything else on this site is published under standard copyright. Subscribers may quote entries with attribution in their own writing; you may not republish subscriber-only content in bulk or behind your own paywall.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private. We use managed authentication and never see or store your plain-text password. If you believe your account has been compromised, email [email protected] and we will reset access. Account sharing is allowed within a household; mass distribution of subscriber content violates these terms and will terminate the account without refund.

We aim to publish the first model entries by 11:00 ET on game days, with the morning recap filed by 5:30 ET. Real-world feeds occasionally fail (official data outages, weather-data interruptions, provider throttling) and an entry may be delayed or skipped. Subscription pricing is not pro-rated for missed publish windows; the public calibration record covers every entry the model did produce, with no cherry-picking.

The site is published for adults who are legally permitted to read gambling-adjacent commentary in their jurisdiction. If your jurisdiction restricts that, do not subscribe. If your jurisdiction restricts sports betting entirely, the commentary is published as statistical analysis and no instruction is given to act on it.

The publisher's total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you have paid in subscription fees during the twelve months prior to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including any betting loss arising from any action taken on the basis of an entry published on this site.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the site at least seven days before they take effect, and the Effective date at the top of this page will move. Continuing to use the site after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
