The Blue Jays have designated right-hander Austin Voth for assignment for the second time this season. Voth was roughed up for five runs over 3.1 innings in Toronto's 6-5 win over Baltimore. His first DFA in early April led him to elect free agency before re-signing on a minor league deal. The team has not indicated whether they expect a similar outcome this time.
