Priester's Rehab Hits Rock Bottom, Sent to ACL
The Brewers right-hander is struggling badly in his return from thoracic outlet syndrome, forcing Milwaukee to drop him to the lowest minor league level.
Quinn Priester, recovering from thoracic outlet syndrome symptoms, has been reassigned to the Arizona Complex League after a disastrous rehab stint. He posted a 21.60 ERA across six minor league starts, allowing 13 earned runs in 5 2/3 innings at Triple-A Nashville alone. He also gave up seven earned runs in just four outs during a High-A Wisconsin appearance. Manager Pat Murphy indicated Priester was not making progress at the Triple-A level.
