The Blue Jays designated right-hander Austin Voth for assignment shortly after giving him a bulk-pitching role. Hayden Juenger, a 2021 sixth-round pick, was called up to fill the vacancy. Juenger has posted a 3.15 ERA across 17 appearances and 20 innings at the minor league level, with 23 strikeouts but 8 walks. He had appeared on prospect watch lists but has shown inconsistency at the Triple-A level.
