Lawrence, 31, posted a 5.32 ERA across 22 innings this season, with an 11.3% walk rate and four home runs allowed. The move clears both active and 40-man roster space. The Pirates claimed Lawrence off waivers prior to the 2025 season after four years with Colorado.
