Tigers Cut LHP Konnor Pilkington After Triple-A Struggles
Detroit released the southpaw following a minor league stint marked by poor control, with nearly as many walks as strikeouts in 33+ innings.
The Tigers have released left-handed pitcher Konnor Pilkington, who was signed to a minor league deal prior to Spring Training.
