Braves Bring Back Kyle Farmer on Minor League Pact
The Atlanta native returns to the organization as veteran infield depth at Triple-A Gwinnett after a brief release.
Atlanta re-signed infielder Kyle Farmer to a minor league contract and assigned him to Triple-A Gwinnett. Farmer had been released by the Braves just last week after a limited role on the big league roster, making only 12 appearances and one start. He posted a 4-16 line with a double during his time on the active roster, which also included a six-week IL stint. He returns as depth behind a bench that lacks minor league options.
