Tampa Bay catchers have ranked among the least productive in MLB for several seasons. Nick Fortes and Hunter Feduccia have shared all catching duties this year, with Fortes posting a wRC+ 11% below league average. The club has cycled through multiple low-cost options at the position without finding a reliable solution.
