As of early July, FanGraphs RosterResource identifies the Reds, Rockies, Royals, Angels, Mets, and Giants as probable trade deadline sellers. The Red Sox (3 GB) and Tigers (4 GB) are still considered contenders and not yet in the seller category. The Angels were discussed as a team that could reshape their future by trading Neto, Soriano, Detmers, and Adell, while Mike Trout was deemed unlikely to be moved due to his no-trade preference and contract situation.
