The Dodgers outrighted left-hander Charlie Barnes to Triple-A after he cleared waivers following a DFA on Saturday. His roster spot opened when righty Landon Knack was activated from the 60-day IL. Barnes, who has been outrighted previously, holds the right to reject the assignment and become a free agent. He struggled in his final appearance, allowing seven earned runs as a bulk reliever against Oakland on July 1.
