Before going on the IL, his four-seam fastball averaged 95.7 mph, well below his career floor of 97 mph, and his slider also showed altered movement. Tanner Scott has been handling ninth-inning duties in Diaz's absence. Diaz's timeline for returning to the Dodgers active roster has not been officially confirmed.
