Bo Bichette signed a three-year, $126M deal with the Mets and holds opt-outs after each of the first two seasons. After a rough 2026 in which the Mets sit 16 games below .500, Bichette indicated he believes the team will be better in 2027 and is focused on finishing strong. He is slashing .257/.301/.370 with a .671 OPS on the season. If he does not opt out, he is owed $55.3M in 2027.
