Toronto adds a fresh arm after bullpen fatigue from four extra-inning games in five contests.
The Blue Jays selected right-hander Simeon Woods Richardson to the active roster. The move comes after Toronto played extra innings in four of their last five games, heavily taxing the bullpen.
