The Reds lefty was pulled mid-start after showing discomfort in his pitching hand, and is now officially sidelined.
Nick Lodolo was placed on the 15-day injured list with a blister on his left index finger. He exited his start against the Cubs after allowing a solo home run in the sixth inning, having been spotted checking his left hand before trainers were called. He finished with a line of five-plus innings, two earned runs, and 78 pitches. Caleb Ferguson took over on the mound.
