The Blue Jays officially reinstated Vladimir Guerrero Jr. from the seven-day concussion injured list. He had been placed on the IL after sliding headfirst into George Lombard Jr. during a win over the Yankees on August 14. The stint proved relatively minor, and Guerrero is now back in the lineup. Davis Schneider was optioned to Triple-A Buffalo in the corresponding roster move.
