The Rays will activate Manuel Rodríguez from the 60-day injured list this weekend, confirmed by president of baseball operations Erik Neander. Rodríguez is returning from elbow surgery performed last July. Over his first two seasons in Tampa Bay he posted a 2.12 ERA across 68 innings with 21 holds and just one blown lead.
