Dodgers to Activate Evan Phillips from IL After Tommy John Recovery
Phillips, who underwent Tommy John surgery in May 2025, is rejoining the Dodgers bullpen after missing over a year of action.

Evan Phillips has been sidelined since May 2025 following Tommy John surgery, missing the remainder of that season and all of 2026 to date. The Dodgers non-tendered him after 2025 but re-signed him to a one-year, $6.5MM deal, signaling confidence in his return. Manager Dave Roberts confirmed Phillips will be activated off the injured list the following day. Phillips had previously dealt with a right rotator cuff strain before the Tommy John procedure.
