Red Sox interim manager Chad Tracy told reporters that catcher Adley Rutschman is expected to return to the active roster on Tuesday. Rutschman has been sidelined since mid-July due to wrist inflammation. He completed two rehab games with Triple-A Worcester before the anticipated return. Rutschman was acquired from Baltimore at the trade deadline in exchange for prospects Anthony Eyanson, Enddy Azocar, and Kyson Witherspoon.
