The Phillies announced Caleb Kilian has been placed on the 15-day injured list with a left oblique strain. The move was made prior to the team's game against the St. Louis Cardinals. To fill his roster spot, Philadelphia recalled right-hander Chase Shugart from Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
