San Francisco Giants prospect/player Bryce Eldridge is headed to the bereavement list, per SF Chronicle reporters Shayna Rubin and Susan Slusser. He will miss the Giants' upcoming series against the Cincinnati Reds. The bereavement list allows teams to remove a player from the active roster for 3–7 days due to a family matter. The Giants will need to make a corresponding roster move to fill his spot.
