MLB officially named Colorado Rockies first baseman TJ Rumfield the NL Rookie of the Month for June. He also won the award in May, making him the first player to win consecutive NL Rookie of the Month honors since Atlanta's Michael Harris II in August and September 2022. In 26 June games, Rumfield posted a .316/.400/.589 slash line with 9 doubles, 5 home runs, and 17 RBI. He led all qualified NL rookies in batting average during the month.
