The New York Yankees have traded reliever Camilo Doval to the Pittsburgh Pirates. In return, the Yankees receive Pittsburgh's No. 17 prospect Omar Alfonzo and outfielder Luis Cruz. The deal was reported by Jeff Passan and confirmed by Bob Nightengale. Pittsburgh was seeking bullpen reinforcement, while New York acquires two young pieces.
