Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is currently in concussion recovery but showed progress by participating in an on-field workout and hitting from the batting cage. The activity came ahead of Toronto's series opener against the Rays. While the workout is an encouraging sign, he has not yet been cleared to return to game action. His availability for the series remains in question pending further evaluation.
