Orioles Prospect Ike Irish Recovering From Torn Meniscus
Baltimore's 2025 first-round pick tore his meniscus in late July and is using the Arizona Fall League to make up lost at-bats.

Ike Irish, the Orioles' 19th-overall pick in 2025, suffered a torn meniscus in late July that cost him significant playing time. The 23-year-old outfielder/first baseman is participating in the Arizona Fall League partly to compensate for those missed at-bats. Irish posted a .286/.388/.528 slash line with 15 home runs and a 135 wRC+ in 343 plate appearances at High-A Frederick before the injury. He is ranked seventh in Baltimore's system with a 45 FV.
