Pfaadt Recalled to ARI Rotation After Triple-A Stint, Posts 1.15 ERA Over 9 Starts
After a demotion to Reno following early-season struggles, Pfaadt returned to Arizona's rotation and has been one of the best starters in baseball.

Brandon Pfaadt was removed from the Diamondbacks rotation after three poor starts, then moved to the bullpen before being optioned to Triple-A Reno. He spent less than four weeks in the minors before being recalled and slotted back into the rotation. Since returning on June 30, Pfaadt went 7-0 with a 1.15 ERA over his first nine starts back, ranking eighth in WAR and third in WPA among all pitchers in that span. He has completed at least five innings in all 11 starts since his return.
