Roman Anthony Closing In on Red Sox Return
The 22-year-old outfielder is progressing through his rehab assignment and may rejoin Boston as soon as this week.

Roman Anthony began a rehab assignment at Double-A Portland last week and is now moving up to Triple-A Worcester. He went 2-for-2 with a home run and two walks in his first rehab game. Anthony has been on the IL since May 4 with a partially torn tendon in his finger. A return to the Red Sox active roster could come as early as this week during the team's trip to New York.
