Winn Lands on IL Again With Right Elbow Neuritis
The Giants reliever, one of few bright spots in SF's bullpen, is sidelined for at least 15 days with a nerve-related elbow condition.

San Francisco Giants right-handed reliever Keaton Winn was placed on the 15-Day IL with right elbow neuritis, retroactive to August 19. This is his second IL stint of the season. Winn had posted a 3.35 ERA in 44 appearances but showed signs of decline recently, pitching just twice in the last eight days with poor results. His absence further weakens an already struggling Giants bullpen.
