Baltimore claimed the right-hander off waivers after Pittsburgh designated him for assignment last week.
The Orioles have officially acquired right-hander Cam Sanders from the Pirates in exchange for cash considerations. Pittsburgh had designated Sanders for assignment the previous week. Sanders was optioned to Triple-A Norfolk upon joining the organization. The move adds bullpen depth to Baltimore's 40-man roster.
