Jazz Chisholm enters concussion protocol after in-game collision
The Yankees second baseman was helped off the field in the 4th inning after taking an accidental blow to the head from outfielder Jasson Domínguez.
Jazz Chisholm Jr. was placed in concussion protocol during Monday's 7-3 loss to Detroit after colliding with Jasson Domínguez while both pursued a fly ball. Domínguez made the catch but struck Chisholm in the head with his arm in the process. Chisholm fell immediately and remained on the ground before being helped off the field. Oswaldo Cabrera replaced Chisholm in the lineup.
