Jazz Chisholm Jr. exited Monday's game against the Tigers in the fourth inning after colliding with outfielder Jasson Domínguez while both pursued a fly ball. Chisholm took Domínguez's arm directly to the head on the play. Manager Aaron Boone confirmed Chisholm has not been formally diagnosed with a concussion but is currently in concussion protocol. His availability for upcoming games is uncertain pending evaluation.
