The Milwaukee Brewers are finalizing a trade with the Houston Astros to acquire right-hander Lance McCullers Jr. and left-hander Colton Gordon. McCullers, 32, waived his no-trade clause to allow the deal to proceed. Houston is picking up a portion of the remaining salary on McCullers' $17M contract for 2026, the final year of his five-year deal. The return to Houston has not yet been disclosed, and neither club has officially confirmed the trade.
