Bligh Madris is finalizing a deal with the SSG Landers of the Korea Baseball Organization after being granted his release from a minor league contract with the St. Louis Cardinals. He was posting strong numbers at Triple-A Memphis, slashing .277/.389/.519 with 14 home runs. Madris has appeared in 72 MLB games across stints with Pittsburgh, Houston, and Detroit but has not reached the majors since 2024. This will mark his first professional stint in Asia.
