Rafael Devers has undergone core muscle surgery, ending his 2026 season prematurely. He was placed on the 60-day IL, becoming the 16th Giants player on that list. Devers finished with 37 home runs and 3.4 WAR, one homer shy of what would have been the first 40-homer season by a Giants player since Barry Bonds in 2004.
