The Dodgers are set to promote outfield prospect Josue De Paula from Double-A, bypassing Triple-A entirely — the first such position player promotion under Andrew Friedman in 12 years. De Paula, 21, posted a .302/.400/.539 line with 26 home runs and 31 stolen bases across 583 plate appearances this season. The move becomes official Friday when the team opens a series in Miami. Corresponding roster moves have not yet been announced.
