Giants Select RHP Yunior Marte, Option Lonsway, Transfer Schmitt to 60-Day IL

RHP Yunior Marte (#87) has been selected from Double-A Richmond, giving the right-hander a spot on the major-league roster. LHP Seth Lonsway has been optioned to Triple-A Sacramento — a quick turnaround for the left-hander, who had been called up just days earlier for what the club described as his MLB debut opportunity during a doubleheader against Arizona.
