Graham Ashcraft Set to Return to Reds Bullpen Sunday
Cincinnati plans to activate the right-hander off the 60-day IL, ending a three-month absence due to a UCL sprain in his right forearm.

Graham Ashcraft is expected to be activated from the 60-day injured list on Sunday, per beat reporter Charlie Goldsmith. He has been sidelined since late May with a right forearm UCL sprain. A corresponding roster move is required as the 40-man is full; Spencer Steer, unlikely to play again this season due to a wrist injury, is a candidate for the 60-day IL. Ashcraft posted a 3.33 ERA and 29.4% strikeout rate in 26 appearances before getting hurt.
