Justin Hagenman was activated from the 60-day IL ahead of Wednesday's game against Tampa Bay and is slated to start. He fractured a rib in spring training, missing more than four months before beginning a rehab assignment in mid-August. He made three rehab starts with Triple-A Syracuse, reaching 64 pitches over four innings in his final outing. Velocity was down during the rehab stretch, with his four-seamer sitting around 90.5 mph compared to 93 mph last season.
