Player ejected or injured mid-game

MLB's rulebook decides what happens to the game; it says nothing about wagers. What happens to a bet is set by each sportsbook's own house rules, and they genuinely differ from book to book. Check the house rules of the book where the wager was placed. The key question each book answers in its own way is whether any appearance makes the prop action regardless of how the game ended — and whether ejections and injuries are treated the same.

Ejections and substitutions are normal game events under MLB rules; the game plays on. How the player's props are treated is entirely up to each book.
