Official scorer changes the call
“The scorer changed an error to a hit after the game. Does my settled bet change?”
MLB's rulebook decides what happens to the game; it says nothing about wagers. What happens to a bet is set by each sportsbook's own house rules, and they genuinely differ from book to book. Check the house rules of the book where the wager was placed. Books almost universally settle on the statistics available at settlement time and do not re-settle on later scoring changes — but the exact policy wording is per-book.
Under MLB rules the official scorer may revise a scoring decision after the game (within the allowed window), and the league can review scorer decisions. The game's final score never changes, but stat lines can.
