The Toronto Blue Jays have traded right-handed reliever Tommy Nance to the Minnesota Twins for A+ prospect Ryan Sprock, a catcher. Nance has posted a 3.82 ERA with 34 strikeouts in 33 innings this season after a strong 2025 campaign with a 1.99 ERA in 31.2 innings. Sprock was an 8th-round pick out of Elon University who was converted to catcher by the Twins after playing third base and pitching in college.
